Why we built this.
Lumiere is the vertical AI platform for IT consulting firms. We didn't build a generic AI tool and ask consultancies to bend their workflows around it. We built our schema, our matching, and our content tools on the operating shape of a real consulting firm - the people, the requirements, the rates, the bench.
We came out of consulting firms. We knew the operating reality before we built the product: that the answer to most of a firm's daily questions, who's free, what's open, where's the margin going, already exists somewhere in the firm's own data, but lives across five systems and three Slack threads. The work of running the firm is the work of finding the answer. Generic AI tools don't help with that. They were trained on the public internet and they don't know your consultants, your engagements, your rate cards, or your bench. Tired of using outdated spreadsheets, searching for stale data, waiting for emails and calls to be returned from offices worldwide while our project requests go unanswered, we can up with this solution.
